Over the years ECS has gained a wealth of experienced knowledge ranging from product design and development, customer relations, customer consulting, customer service, tool and machine evaluations, research and development, safety management, project management, CNC machining, CNC programming, tool making, purchasing management, software programming, plastics process engineering and project engineering.

ECS has achieved United States Patents and European Patents within the blow molding and injection molding industry and has also worked with customers on additional patents.

Engineering experiences includes 3D product design, 3D tooling design, mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, flow analysis and algorithmic programming.

ECS uses the latest technologies in engineering software. ProEngineer Wildfire 5.0, SolidWorks 2009, Rapidform XOS2 & XOR2.

ECS services also include custom built workstations for engineering and analysis. 3D-mechanical animation and custom engineering database software.
